The Greenwood hotel clads ugly food court & restaurant chimney in beautiful vertical garden green wall.

During a 2016 upgrade to the Greenwood Plaza complex in North Sydney, 2 chimneys were required to vent the additions that were made to the food court. The chimneys are 5 meters in height and protruded through the courtyard of the Greenwood Hotel and the rear of a restaurant. The chimneys raw aesthetics provide an ugly eyesore to the lovely existing courtyard.
In both cases these chimneys were only approved by local council on the condition they were covered in vegetation. The ideal solution was to install a vertical garden green wall. The surrounding skyscrapers in North Sydney all look down on these chimneys and can now see beautiful vertical garden green walls on each one.
